Mixer PZV1000
PZV1000 mixer is completely stainless steel with 1000L bowl capacity equipped with 2 solid mixing arms of Z type geometry. It is specially designed for quicker and greater mixing action, ideal for easier discharge of heavy and sticky products due to its tilting bowl. Products of the KEBAB-DONER industry as well as flour based stuffing are easily processed due to its strong mixing and easily discharge ability. The cover of the machine and the movement of the bowl are hydraulic operated.
A loader for standard 200lit bins and / or a vacuum pump, can be added as extra options on the Z-arm machine. Its finger touched control allows programming of various parameters such as time of mixing, direction of paddles, speed of mixing and vacuum (when available). Its special construction and smooth surfaces allow for easy cleaning. The PZV1000L Z blade mixer is built based on health and safety regulation of CE.
