Lakidis Mixer LM400L
LM400L is a mixing machine capable of mixing all types of meat products, equipped with a 400 lit (max) capacity bowl.
The hopper of the mixer swivels for easy emptying and it is designed to stop at various positions while the mixing paddle continues its operation, allowing by this way the mixture of smaller paste volume.
The machine is connected with an electronic control board for mechanical or automatic operation.
In the automatic operation there is a program option that allows the resting of the mixture according to the choice of the operator.
The mixer is equipped with a stainless-steel column loader for the lifting of a 200-litre standard trolley.
A safety rail around the bowl provides additional levels of user protection since the machine stops operation once it is pressed.
The LM400L mixing machine is completely made from stainless steel and capable of covering big production requirements.
