These Cooking-Kneading Kettles are specially designed for hot preparations like sauces, soups etc.
It has special features and design that transmit the heat uniformly, that avoids the contact between food and heating elements.
The tank fully made of High quality Stainless Steel, composition is 3mm and 4mm thick 304 Stainless steel.
Whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel.
Tank has a stirrer- mixer to prevent forming of lumps in the product.
Tank also consists of side and bottom scrapers to prevent the product from sticking on the walls or bottom.
Easy to clean.
Machine is equipped with thermal insulation to prevent heat loss.
Power supply 220V 60Hz 3Ph (Other voltages available on request)
Operation temperature of up to 200 degree celsius
Cooking time and temperature control.
Speed control and reverse for the stirrer.
