Emsens Pork Belly and Bacon Cutting Machine MDL02 Canada
Machine for cutting pork belly bacon at a temperature of around -12°C (±5°C depending on the salt concentration).
The loading capacity of the machine is 700 x 360 x 120 mm, thus tolerating heavily deformed chests.
A modular belt integrated into the machine allows the supply of breasts.
The chest is shaped into a block 260 mm wide and then pushed through a two-dimensional cutting disc producing strips of 4 to 11 mm section depending on the tool chosen.
This machine also allows the cutting of stamps (20 mm x 2 mm for example).
Productivity: 2,200 kg/h for breasts of approximately 4.0 kg (cycle time of around 6.5 seconds for manufacturing 8 x 8 bacon, or approximately 9 breasts per minute with a 6-cut disc).
