Industrial Floor Scales & Commercial Weighing Systems
Accurate weight monitoring is a foundational requirement for tracking yield performance, managing chemical formulations, and securing shipping compliance. CM Machine Services offers various scales for different purposes to ensure our customers have the opportunity on purchasing the correct piece of equipment to best suit the required needs for operation. Engineered to withstand intense, multi-shift warehouse demands, our scales are not only extremely reliable but also highly affordable.
By combining heavy-duty, food-grade load cells with high-visibility digital indicators, our commercial weighing systems prevent inventory mistakes, accelerate processing turnover, and ensure your logistics lines operate at peak velocity.
Ramp, Flush-Mount Platform, and Enclosed Livestock Configurations
Choosing the right weight sensor setup depends entirely on your specific material handling methods and available cleanroom layout constraints. What are ramp scales? Ramp scales are an above ground weighing system where it sits on top of a flat surface to weigh products such as skids, boxes, large packages, buggies, etc. Equipped with shallow, heavy-duty incline plates, they are mainly used for shipping and receiving but can be seamlessly used on other areas within a company depending on the needs required, allowing manual pump trucks and material buggies to roll onto the load plate effortlessly.
For facilities seeking a seamless, barrier-free floor plan, what are platform scales? Platform scales is a weighing system that can be flushed with the ground, meaning it can be inserted into the ground to create an ongoing flat surface. This pit-mounted layout is commonly used within the shipping and receiving area but can be used for other areas within a company depending on the needs required, entirely eliminating tripping hazards and allowing forklifts or heavy hand-carts to traverse the zone without obstruction.
For the initial stages of animal processing and farm intake, what are livestock scales? Livestock scales allows to review and record the history of each animal as you weigh it in a faster and easier way, turning a traditionally chaotic task into an organized, single-operator process. The heavy-duty cage surrounding the scale area ensures the animal stays in place with no trouble to guarantee the correct weight being noted, eliminating erratic weight fluctuations caused by livestock movement and securing absolute tracking data.
Industrial Weighing Performance & Structural Highlights
Our comprehensive heavy-duty scale line combines precision metrology with robust washdown durability:
- Versatile System Selection: Offers specialized ramp, flush platform, and enclosed livestock options to fit any processing environment.
- Above-Ground Ramp Scales: Sits firmly on top of any flat surface to weigh heavy skids, bulk boxes, large packages, and material buggies.
- Pit-Inserted Platform Scales: Can be flushed with the ground to create an ongoing flat surface, maximizing spatial efficiency in high-traffic shipping areas.
- Data-Optimized Livestock Scales: Makes it faster and easier to review and record the history of each animal as you weigh it.
- Secure Animal Restraint Cage: Integrated heavy-duty cage enclosure ensures livestock stays in place with no trouble to guarantee correct weights.
- 100% Solid Stainless Steel Build: Fabricated from food-grade stainless steel to resist rust from continuous dampness, forklift tracking, and washdown chemicals.
- Extremely Reliable & Affordable: High-precision electronic load cells built for absolute calibration stability at an affordable cost.
