Semi-Automatic Cheese Portioner
Semi-Automatic machine requires Air Compressor with 6bar to work with the machine.Machine does not require any power connection.
Semi-Automatic machine that allows to cut the hard and semi-hard cheese, such as Parmesan, in custom-sized slices.
Being a semi-automatic model, this machine requires a minimum effort by the staff since it is enough pressing two buttons to start the blade and the cutting action.
This Model allows to customize both the size of the pieces (e.g. 700 g, 1-2-4 kg …), and the type of cut to be performed with the following accessories on request:
- Smooth blade: suitable for cutting hard and semi-hard cheeses. (smooth blade covered with food-grade Teflon)
- Special blade (blade with holes) serves to cut hard cheeses like Parmesan, or Grana Padano or very seasoned Pecorino.
